A sixteen-member Board of Trustees governs the ect Foundation The ect Board elects trustees for three-year terms of office. They are responsible for Foundation activities, including development and administration of supported programs, solicitation of contributions and management of funds. The executive committee monitors the Foundation's funds between semi-annual meetings to insure appropriate and legal compliance with donors' wishes. |
